How are p&m patterns drafted and what do they include ?

Are the seam allowance included ?
Seam allowances are included around all p&m pattern pieces. They are 1cm, unless otherwise specified in the instructions. Hems are also included and are 2cm or more. This value may fluctuate from one pattern piece to another on the same pattern, but it is always mentioned.
How is the pattern pieces layout ?
In order to have pattern pages clearer and easier to read, there is no overlapping of pattern pieces. You can then trace easily your pattern pieces.
For the most impatient, you can also cut your pattern pieces directly from the PDF printed sheets, which will save you time !
I already own a 2Y-10Y paper pattern, can I get the corresponding size 12Y ?
Absolutely ! We can send you the size 12Y pattern pieces for a flat rate of 1,50 euros PROVIDING you still have this pattern and that it was bought first-hand. The procedure is explained here.
Has my paper pattern order been dispatched ?
You can check your order status under the tab « Order History and details » in your account. If the order has already been dispatched, its status will be « sent »
When shall I get my paper pattern order ?
Paper pattern orders are usually sent within 2 to 4 business days after your payment has been processed, to the postal address in your account or to the postal address you manually stated on your order. Transit time by the French postal services is to be added : more about it here.
Dispatching orders may be suspended (holidays, sickness etc). If it happens, it will always be stated clearly on the website so you can order in full knowledge of the situation.
I didn’t get the email containing the download link after having ordered PDF patterns, what shall I do ?
Once you payment has been processed, an email containing the download link is sent automatically to the email of your customer account.
If you don’t find this email, please check into your Spam box. If it’s still not there, please contact us , stating all information necessary to trace your order i.e. first name/name, day of purchase and hours, what was ordered and your order number. If the payment has been processed successfully, we will send you back another email with your download link(s).
I mistakenly put the email containing my download links in the bin. What can I do to download my files ?
All of the the download links to the PDF pattern files you bought through our website are available through « Downloads » in your customer account. You can then find them easily by log in into your account.

How can I pay for my order ?
Orders through our website are paid via the secure payment platform Paypal or by credit card via the secure payment platform STRIPE.
This platforms are easy to use and safe : when you are using this platforms to pay for your orders, none of your financial information is disclosed to third parties.
Can I pay for my order using other means of payment than Paypal or Stripe?
We do not accept payment neither by personal check nor by bank transfer.
