BILLIE JACKET

Fully-lined mid-season jacket, with a definitely modern and ultra-feminine touch thanks to its slim fit and shorter length at the back. Either classical (version A) or perfecto-like (version B), it's up to you to choose your favorite version!

This jacket can be worn anytime during the day or over the year. Over slim-fit jeans in the office or over a nice dress for a night out. It also can be worn under a coat during the winter or you may wrap yourself in its softness during cooler summer evenings.

Fun shoulder yokes and two-tone sleeves, one extremely easy-to-sew separating zipper, a flawless lining, along with detailed and illustrated step-by-step instructions will make you thrilled to have sewn this little jacket that shows all the aspects of a couture one.

The PDF pattern include:

- a general introduction to the patttern and instructions regarding printing and assembling the pattern sheet; 2 pages in french and 2 pages in english,

- a booklet for the pattern stating the difficulty level, the cuttung layout, the step-by-step sewing instructions, along with size chart and fabric and notion requirements; 17 pages in french and 17 pages in english,

- TWO A4/US letter pattern sheets, to be printed and assembled at home; bilingual, P1: 35 pages ; P2: 31 pages,

- TWO FULL-SIZE pattern sheets (P1: 84 cm x 200 cm, 33’’ x 78¾’’ ; P2: 84 cm x 120 cm, 33" x 47¼"), that can be printed in a copyshop,

- Two PROJECTION file sheets, allowing you to project pattern pieces onto fabric with the use of a video-projector (no more paper printing); depending on your fabric background color, one pattern sheet with pieces against a transparent background and one where the pieces’ outline is magenta.

• For the main jacket: woollens, plaid, flannel, gabardine, twill, velvet, jacquard, linen, neoprene, any fabric for jacket…
• for the lining: cotton (poplin, batiste…), viscose, polysatin, any fabric for lining garments…

Notions: 


• A 45cm-separating (17’’) zipper (french sizes 34-46) or 50cm-separating (19’’) zipper (french sizes 48-52) for jacket,
• Fusible interfacing for light-to-mediumweight fabrics,
• Version B: one 10-15mm-sew-snap (⅜’’-⅝’’) (optional),
